The previous postings I covered the 5 factors which you need to consider when choosing a Network Marketing company:

1. Management with Experience and Integrity

2. Timing in Company and Timing in the Industry

3. Compensation Plan

4. Product that is Remarkable

5. A Duplicable System

I have chosen to join  a Company called Vitamark for the following reasons.

1. The Chairman is Tom “Big Al” Schreiter. Tom is an MLM legend and respected throughout the Network Marketing industry. He has over 30+ years experience in Network Marketing . Reading through the companies Policies & Procedures I was pleased to discover it was only 4 pages long and written very simply. Its a great example of what to look for. To read them click P&P’s

2. Vitamark was founded in 2002. Hence it has been going for more than 2 years and it just about to go through its exponential growth phrase. A recent new product launch can only help this.
3. I really liked the look of the compensation plan. There are no restrictions and best of all after crunching the numbers I’ve worked out that I will only need 350-400 people in my Network to be earning £5000/$10,000 a month. In my previous company I needed over 2,300 people to earn this sort of money so I’m very excited about this compensation plan..
4. The company has a number of high quality products but it is a new product that has me extremely excited. Its a Energy Drink called Crave which has only just been launched. The crave energy drink market is massive and growing daily.

5. The icing on the cake is the Team I have joined has a Duplicable Marketing System that has prospects contacting me, it is very easy to learn, very easy to teach and therefore is duplicable…

There are not many Network Marketing companies that satisfy all of the 5 pillars so I’m extremely happy that I have managed to find one. Having the 5 pillars in place gives me a fantastic opportunity to really make a success of Network marketing and realising my goal of getting my LIFEBACK…

One Response to “How I Decided which Company to Join”

This is the first time I read about 5 pillars, normally it is always 4 pillars

    2. Timing in Company and Timing in the Industry

I agree with that, timing is very important and most of the time people tend to miss it. Old doesn’t mean wise and new doesn’t mean stupid.

    Cheers!
